International Yoga Day Miami is Florida's largest yoga & wellness festival and the world's largest indoor International Yoga Day celebration. This large-scale celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community is hosted annually in conjunction with countries around the world. Each year, the event attracts thousands of participants - not only from Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Orlando area, but also from out of state - who travel into town to experience the growing wellness culture Miami is becoming known for. Designed for both seasoned practitioners and first-time explorers, the event features local community leaders, wellness educators, and influencers who guide participants through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other holistic modalities. The day also includes live music, cultural performances, interactive wellness zones, and family-friendly activities that inspire joy, learning, and connection. Our mission is simple: make wellness accessible to everyone by creating an inclusive space where people can discover practices that support physical health, mental clarity, emotional wellbeing, and a stronger sense of community. Namaskar Foundation is a South Florida-based nonprofit dedicated to making wellness, cultural awareness, and community wellbeing accessible to all.
